Duties and Responsibilities: The purpose of the Council on Aging is to identify the problems and needs of the elder population and to implement programs designed to meet these problems and needs. Council on Aging programs and activities are available to all residents of the Town of Kingston who are 60 years of age and over. Transportation services are available to handicapped individuals of any age. Other programs may be available to non-elders.
The Council on Aging provides the following services: Information and Referral Old Colony Elderly Services, Inc. South Coastal Counties Legal Services, Inc. Housing Assistance Other Health and Social Service Agencies
