At a regular meeting of the Board of Selectmen, held Tuesday, October 17, 2006, the Selectmen favorably discussed notice from the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) that Kingston's Town Clerk, Mary Lou Murzyn, has attained the coveted Master Municipal Clerk (MMC) designation from this Institute. The Selectmen recognized this truly impressive achievement and congratulated her as she joins only 488 Institute members worldwide.
